As soon as you place an order with EMU Toys, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received by us. From then onwards we will keep you updated via regular emails about the status of your order. You will receive emails with the following updates:
Awaiting Fullfilment: This means that we are in the process of allocating stock to your order.
Awaiting Pickup: This means that stock has been allocated to your order and we are now preparing your order for the courier company.
Awaiting Shipment: This means that we are waiting for the courier company to collect your order from our warehouse.
Shipped: This means that your order is now with the courier company and you should receive it soon. We will now also send you a tracking number for your package.
Tracking your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We use various couriers to send out our orders. We will inform you of the name of the courier company used to send your parcel.

Enter the tracking number for your parcel in the consignment field and hit Enter..

Click 'By Ident Code' and enter the tracking number for your parcel.
