Shipping

• Shipping charges are £4.05 to anywhere in mainland UK for up to 30kg.
• Orders over 30kg incur a surcharge of £25.
• Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. 
  
  • Orders placed on Friday,Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
• For Orders with an availabilty of greater than 24 hours, we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible after payment has cleared, usually within 7-10 working days.  Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.
• We currently do not ship orders outside of mainland UK

What to do

Please log in to your account and use the returns option.  This will issue you with a returns number and allow you to ask any questions relating to the problem.  Below, is the full details of our returns policy.

Returns Policy (Standard - excludes personalised and self-assembled products)

• If you are unfortunate enough to receive goods from us that have been damaged or are faulty in any way, please let us know immediately. Provided you let us know within 7 working days of receipt, we will be able to arrange a refund or replacement. We may also request that you make the goods you wish to return available for collection. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, except when the goods are damaged or faulty, or we have despatched incorrect items.
• You are entitled to change or cancel your order for any reason for up to 7 working days after you receive your order. Any cancellation or alteration must be notified to us by email, post or fax. A full refund will be provided.
• Where possible, please return unwanted items with their original packaging. Reasonable care should have been taken of any goods being returned.
• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Personalised Returns

• Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.

Self Assembled Items Returns

• Items that have been self-assembled (partly or completely) can only be returned if faulty. 
  
• Self-assembly items that have not been assembled are subject to our standard returns policy.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
